At time of we leave this hotel that time my car break light was damaged in parking area and hotel employee was not respond how to happen this as well as cctv camera was not in parking area.

Very good club and activities for kids .Special mention to Dailesh for nice coordination and good behavior. Poolside activities,Basketball,Dance and all other activities are very well organized. Also Basketball coach Bittu sir is amazing coach and very friendly for kids.

Club Paraiso is truly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and always eager to help. The hotel is spotlessly clean with a delightful aroma and a serene environment. Its multiple restaurants serve delicious food, catering to all tastes with top-notch quality. The rooms are exceptionally comfortable, particularly the beds, which guarantee a restful night's sleep. Every aspect of my stay was perfect, and it's clear the hotel prides itself on excellent service and amenities. I highly recommend Club Paraiso for an unforgettable, luxurious experience . They are good but the staff is little busy and rude or arrogant 🤔 I think they don't know how to treat there customer but at the time of check in they ask me to wait for long then the staff said you have to give you documents hard copy then I went very far by waking then got the check in after they were unsupportive after knowing am there old customer they acknowledge and after that they manger talked nice but after that the experience was good I love the stay

The hotel is good but not the value for the money. Over all ambience is good but there is no standard operating process opted by the management to operate the hotel. For some or the other thing, you have to chase the staff. E. G. If family room is booked, only 2 towels provided. Only one tea cup is available for 4 members. There is no door mat available near bath room. Small hamd napkins is also not available. Out 2 led, only one is operative and another one non operative for want of recharge. Room fridge is not cool-ling anything. Although small things missing, the entire stay become bad. With such a good group name, hotel should have best standard in raipur market

Hotel club Paraiso has strategic location near Raipur airport and Central to city. Supportive staff. Good food, Smooth Check in and Check out. Overall Stay was really comfortable. I will recommend the place for both business and trips with family. Will be my choice for my next visit to Raipur Special thanks Mr. Malik ji very good Behaviour nice person
